UniversaLink
is the assistive technology program at the Center for the
Deaf and Hard of Hearing, a private non-profit agency that
has been providing critical services to individuals with
hearing loss in Wisconsin for more than 75 years. Any
proceeds from UniversaLink benefit the Center and allow
us to continue helping the thousands of children and adults
in Wisconsin whose lives are touched by hearing loss.
The
assistive devices featured in our online catalog have been
specifically selected for their performance and reliability.
Additional items may be available through our print catalog
or in our showroom.

If you are in the Milwaukee area, we
encourage you to visit our showroom, where you can meet
one-on-one with a Communication Technology Counselor and
try out assistive devices for yourself.
We also offer a short term rental program during which you
can evaluate products or provide accommodations on an as-needed
basis. Although appointments are recommended so that
we may better serve you, walk-ins are always welcome.

If you are not able to visit our showroom in person or do
not wish to place your order online, we are happy to provide
help over the phone, or we can schedule a home visit in the
Milwaukee area for individuals who have difficulty traveling
due to physical limitations. We can also arrange for installation
assistance in the Milwaukee area upon request.*
*A minimal service fee may apply.
